As owner of both Sullivan Surveying and Wake Acquisitions, Lynnie has been a local business owner since 1982 and has worked in surveying in the Triangle area since 1972. He has decades of experience in land development, real estate investment and consulting with towns to get rezoning/variances for new developments. Some of the neighborhoods he has helped plan and layout include Shavender’s Bluff in Mooresville, NC, Elizabeth Woods in Holly Springs and Treyland Estates in Apex.
